More ISPMB Horses that need to be adopted

While the remaining ISPMB horses (about 175) have been relocated to Colorado, they are still in need of adoptive families and sanctuaries to spare them from being put down. There is one band of about 60 that would really be nice to keep together if there is a sanctuary that has room.
